Description:

The farm comprises 32 hectares (80 acres) of mountain coffee plantations, forested land, a livestock operation (cows, horses, pigs, chickens), plus an additional 800 m² (8,600 ft²) of roofed social and work spaces. Ranging in elevation from 1,400 m (4,600 ft) to 1,850 m (6,000 ft), with average temperatures of 16°C / 61°F (night) to 26°C / 79°F (day), this Finca offers a perfect balance of leisure and work.

Coffee Plantation and Conservation Areas The property currently includes 100,000 coffee trees (55,000 of which are in production) planted on 24 hectares (59 acres) of land. An average of 10,000 to 30,000 kilos of specialty coffee are produced each year.

Coffee is exported to the United States, Australia and France. Approximately 9 hectares (22 acres) are a conservation area defined by several waterfalls and freshwater springs. There are approximately 1.5 km (1 mile) of internal gravel roads. Buildings for coffee processing and administration.

Over 500 m² (5380 ft²) of pulping, washing and drying facilities, as well as a 70 m² (750 ft²) warehouse, make up the coffee operation. Furthermore, 40 m² (430 ft²) of office space is available for administrative activities. To ensure continuous operation, the plant is equipped with a 21 kw generator and 30,000 L of water storage.

Farm

In addition to simple greenhouses, the farm has a fully functional livestock facility, including chicken and pig breeding and 100 m² stables for horses and cows. An entire pond is dedicated to tilapia farming.

Main Estate

The main house encompasses 300 m² (3,200 ft²) of elegant interiors, a 100 m² (1,075 ft²) terrace with a separate plunge pool. The residence consists of 4 bedrooms, 4 ½ bathrooms, and an open floor plan with spectacular views of the Cauca River below.
